Air-Con has been a core staple of the air compressor industry for over 50 years.
Our traditional line of Minimum Pressure Check Valves have been used in compressors all over the world. Air-Con has set the standard for the industry with our robust designs. Air-Con’s product knowledge and quality assurance reflect our longevity.
With compressor efficiency standards looming, Air-Con is proud to announce our new line of patent pending High Efficiency Minimum Pressure Check Valves. Air-Con’s new line of High Efficiency MPCVs feature a lower internal pressure drop than our traditional line, making them ideal for auxiliary component improvement for energy conservation.
MP0402 – 4″ High Efficiency MPCV
The rated pressure drop is 0.4 psi (0.027 bar) @ 2100 scfm (59.5 m³/min) airflow (valve actual operating condition is @ 100 psig (6.90 barg) inlet pressure and 180°F (82.2°C) fluid temperature).
MP0302 – 3″ High Efficiency MPCV
The rated pressure drop is 0.4 psi (0.027 bar) @ 1200 scfm (34.0m³/min) airflow (valve actual operating condition is @ 100 psig (6.90 barg) inlet pressure and 180°F (82.2°C) fluid temperature).
MP0202 – 2″ High Efficiency MPCV
The rated pressure drop is 0.4 psi (0.027 bar) @ 575 scfm (16.3m³/min) airflow (valve actual operating condition is @ 100 psig (6.90 barg) inlet pressure and 180°F (82.2°C) fluid temperature).
Air-Con valves are the solution for energy conservation requirements.
